The main living space boasts gleaming hardwood floors and an open floor plan. The rest of the gang can relax in the adjacent living area, which features cozy leather couches and a flatscreen TV. When it’s time to eat, choose either the dining area, which seats eight, or step out onto your private deck if the weather is nice and dine al fresco. The main floor also features two of the bedrooms, one with four bunks that the kids will love, and one with a queen bed. The bedrooms each have their own flat screen TV as well, and shared access to a private deck. Downstairs you’ll find the other two bedrooms. The main suite features a king bed, a flat screen TV, and a pull-out futon, perfect for a small child. There’s also an suite bathroom to relax after a day spent…The second comfortable bedroom downstairs features a queen bed and its own flat screen TV as well. You can’t go wrong with this lovely townhome–you’re close to the beach and everything Corpus Christi has to offer, with plenty of room for the whole group to spread out. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible. No dog(s) are welcome in this home.
