Boasting beautiful views of Platte Lake, this 3,000-square-foot home is the perfect, family-friendly retreat for those looking to experience some of area’s stunning natural splendor. With four bedrooms across two floors, this home can easily accommodate up to 10 guests.
The main level offers plenty of room to gather, with both a front parlor and great room with ample seating and a fireplace. The island kitchen comes fully-equipped with updated, stainless steel appliances – ready to handle any family mealtime needs. Breakfast and quick meals can be enjoyed at the two, four-seater tables and counter barstools while dinners can be taken to the formal dining room for a group sit-down. The bedroom on this floor is perfect for children, with a regular twin and twin trundle. A shared, half-bath is available for everyone’s convenience.
Three bedrooms and a common area/game room can be found on the second floor. Two queen-size bedrooms are by the top of the stairs, each with an attached, full bathroom. The third bedroom serves as the primary guest room with a queen-size bed, dedicated sitting area, and en-suite bathroom with a jetted tub and separate shower. Enjoy soaking in the jetted tub while gazing out over the lake through panorama windows. The game room comes equipped with a large flatscreen TV, classic board games, and a queen sleeper sofa for an additional accommodation.
Head out back and fire up the grill for some family barbecuing on the furnished patio. When it’s time to explore, enjoy direct access to the lake, just across the street! The home is also just a short distance to area attractions, such as Traverse City and Sleeping Bear Dunes.
