Inside, find vaulted ceilings, exposed wood beams, floor-to-ceiling windows, and wood accents throughout. The open floor plan seamlessly combines the living and dining areas and the kitchen. Read a favorite book or listen to music as you unwind by the wood fireplace or stream a favorite series on the smart TV with Roku in the living area. The open kitchen has been fully appointed with modern stainless steel appliances, including a French-door fridge, a Zline stove/oven, dishwasher, a built-in microwave, and coffee maker. There is even an island with counter seating for additional dining space. The adjoining dining table is perfect for more formal meals. The main bedroom has another Roku TV and an en suite full bathroom with a soaking tub, walk-in shower, and double vanity. Additional perks include a washer/dryer in the hallway. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 PM Check-out time: 10:00 AM All guests shall abide by Property Manager’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. There is a queen sofa bed in the living room. The driveway is paved all the way to the home. County permit number:006362 No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
