A few steps down a private wooden staircase, you’ll find a pebbly beach and a swimming hole, perfect for a warm summer afternoon. If you’d like to explore further afield, you’ve got easy access to the Russian River just to the south and Pacific beaches about 10 miles to the west. Inside, the soaring wooden ceilings and exposed beams add to Dreamwood’s vibe, while the mid-century modern furniture and decor add a sense of style. The entire space is bathed in natural light thanks to the skylights and wall of windows. The full, well-equipped kitchen offers all the space you need for meal prep, and the gang can dine together at the large table for eight. After a day of hiking, mountain biking, swimming, or just relaxing at home, spend the evening together on the sectional, getting cozy in front of the wood-burning stove. More in-home entertainment options include free WiFi, a TV, a DVD player and movie library, and a sound dock for music. An in-home sauna offers another opportunity to relax before heading off to bed in one of the bedrooms or the loft. THINGS TO KNOW The full kitchen does not have a dishwasher. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
