Situated in the Harbor Club Development, this polished home in South Haven provides countless sources of family fun. Enjoy a community marina with a seasonal pool nearby, and a brand-new community all-year-round pool and clubhouse just a two-minute walk from the house! You’ll also be less than half a mile from the Newcome Street Beach Access on the scenic shores of Lake Michigan. This home has been specially outfitted for beach-going families, offering two inflatable kayaks, a small inflatable boat, a small inflatable boat with a paddle, a paddleboard with paddles, boogie boards, a fleet of bikes, beach chairs, an umbrella, toys, a wagon, a stroller, and other beach gear. Begin each morning with a workout in the home gym downstairs, offering an exercise bike, a barbell/dumbbell set, resistance bands, and yoga mats. Take a dip in the new, year-round pool, which features two lanes for lap swimming and an in-water bench. Come home to relax in the central air-conditioning running throughout the three levels. There are several gathering spaces: a main living area with dual sofas and a cable TV, a cozy den with another TV, and a basement game room where the kids can watch movies, shoot hoops, and play with the mini multi-game table. Up on the main floor, you’ll also have an open kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a dining room table, two high chairs, and a booster seat. Barbecue and dine alfresco on the patio and, later, prepare s’mores roasted around the firepit. The spacious primary suite has a cable TV. Two Pack ’N plays are provided as well. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Property Manager’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. The four bikes include one adult-size bike, one for teens, and two for kids. Boat slip and boat rentals (pontoon, speed, etc.) are available at the marina to guests staying in Harbor Club. The preferred maximum adult occupancy is 12. Dogs must be at least two years old and are not allowed on the furniture. A dog bed, bowls, and a towel are provided. The maximum occupancy is 16, per city ordinance. The pool is 60’ x 24’ and includes two lanes for lap swimming and an in-water bench on the north side of the pool. The new bath house has three family bathrooms each with a separate shower, an open locker/lobby area, and an office and equipment room. The pool and hot tub are equipped with a retractable enclosure that is open during the summer and closes in the winter to allow year-round use of the pool. Guests will have to pay $50 for a lost fob for the pool. This property is managed by Property Manager Michigan, LLC.
