You will enjoy the two spacious decks, a second row view of the ocean from the ocean side deck and a town view from the front deck. There is a rinse off shower and a fish cleaning station. Sunshine or shade: You’ll find a cozy and comfortable spot to ’drink in’ the breezes, the sunshine, the peace, and the comfort of Atlantic Beach, North Carolina. Inside, this marvelous cottage offers a cozy open floor plan with an inviting living area with comfortable sofas and a large smart TV, a dining table, and a fully appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher. Downstairs, you will find a separate level that acts as a guest suite for greater relaxation and privacy. There is plenty of light, a cozy eating area, a sink, a comfortable bed, a TV, and a washer/dryer to refresh your beach clothes. THINGS TO KNOW There are two separate levels to the home, which are not continuous. Streaming services are available using the guest’s own accounts Heat/air is provided by mini split systems in each room operated by remote control This property is managed by Property Manager North Carolina LLC. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
