This two bedroom two bathroom condominium offers comfort, easy access and some extra value for families or a small group of friends traveling together. The master bedroom features a king bed and the second bedroom a captain’s bunk with a twin bed. A queen sofa sleeper in the living room for some additional sleeping spots. There are two full bathrooms as well.
This condo has been remodeled with granite counter tops in the kitchen and bathroom. Rich leather and wood furnishings complete the condo creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
Location: Building 16, 1st floor. The building is located behind the Clubhouse in the cul de sac of buildings 15 - 20

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- Pool, hot tubs, sauna and locker rooms will be open Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 9am to 5pm. CLOSED Monday to Thursday.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am.
- All guests must complete rental agreement to provide credit card, email and phone number.
