The breathtaking ocean views from this home can’t be beat. This nautical three-story home has everything you need out of a vacation home. The main level of the home has an open-concept living room with a TV and wood burning fireplace, a dining room that seats six, a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and a bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. When guests head downstairs they’ll find one bedroom, one game room with two beds for extra sleeping space, and a large hall bathroom that doubles as a laundry room. Up on the top floor, guests can relax in yet another living room. The couches face the ocean-view windows, making it the perfect place to take in the view, or take a nap while listening to the sound of the ocean waves. Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
