The Springs is an excellent lodging choice for your next Keystone Resort vacation! These beautiful condominiums are conveniently located in River Run Village, very close to the gondola, restaurants and shopping.
Guest amenities include heated garage parking, fitness room and steam room. The grotto inspired courtyard features a heated outdoor pool with slide, hot tubs, fire pit and picnic area - definitely the best in Keystone! Families love The Springs!
Save 10% due to possible construction on a neighboring new building. No construction-related refunds will be issued. There will be construction of another building (Kindred) nearby the Springs and some Red Hawk Properties during 2022 - 2023. Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
