Set in a popular location, within walking distance to Wanaka township, this home sits on an easy slope looking out to Lake Wanaka and the Southern Alps. There are walking and biking tracks at your doorstep, making it easy to get out into the fresh mountain air. The lake is also within walking distance for that summer swim and those amazing photo opportunities. Farrant Drive is a modern, architectural holiday home, which has been well thought out and designed. The house features a gas fire and central heating throughout.
The large, contemporary kitchen in the open plan living area has sliding windows which open up completely to the view, as does the living room with balcony. The interior is modern and stylish, with curved wall edges, unique light fittings and beautiful furnishings. The 4 bedrooms are spacious and bright and the 3 bathrooms all offer their own individual style with custom made vanities and funky tiles.
This holiday home is warm and welcoming and the perfect place to retreat to after a busy day exploring the amazing Wanaka region. Minimum stay is 4 nights.
