This home offers modern, convenient accommodation a short walk from Wanaka town centre. This architecturally designed, award winning home sits directly opposite the lake with Pembroke Park at your doorstep. Walk into town to enjoy some amazing cafes and restaurants and stroll home without the need of a car.
The living area with huge sliding doors out to the decked balcony provides you with beautiful views of Lake Wanaka and the mountains. The outside area has an outdoor fire, BBQ and large sofas, to sit back and watch the sunset behind Roys Peak.
The large contemporary kitchen provides you with all the facilities you need to cook up a storm and with the open plan living you can still be part of the group. The 4 bedrooms are comfortable with luxurious linens and the media room offers an escape for the kids. The master has doors to the outside and views of the lake as well as an ensuite and the main bathroom is spacious and fresh. Underneath the property, a large garage is accessible for all your equipment you may bring or hire like ski gear, bikes or kayaks.
