Osprey’s Overlook Nestled on a bluff in a private location this “wing-style” home sits on a 3.33 forested acreage of land. Enjoy unobstructed 180-degree views of the water, mountains from Baker to Rainier, and occasional orcas! Built in 1986, this home has floor-to-ceiling windows with stunning views in every room and hardwood floors throughout. Artistically decorated on the inside, the home has new appliances with mid-century modern touches. Lounge in the stylish living room or cook up a tasty meal in the kitchen which features stainless steel appliances and breathtaking views of the water. An additional cozy living room offers a stocked bookcase, a record player and records for your listening enjoyment. Though this home has plenty of history, it also has a few modern updates including new decks, new heating and cooling system, and remodeled bathrooms. Things to know TV streaming is available with own account Board games are available for guest use The close proximity of the high bluff may make this home unsuitable for small children Please note that the owner occasionally needs to overnight in her own private space in a separate wing of the house. This occurs about three times a year for special events on the island that she is expected to attend. She accesses this space via an external staircase to a private deck on the north side of the house. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
