Although this apartment is not equipped with air-conditioning, it is rarely needed with the mild weather near the ocean.
This prime beachside locale is half a block from the Amtrak rails, and passing trains may occasionally be heard (all Santa Barbara beachfront property shares this feature). This is a historical building with multiple units, and sound may carry.
No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval.
