This remodeled 2BR located within the Silverado Condominium Community in Napa Valley is perfect for a romantic getaway, business travelers, or friends traveling together.
The 2BR rental is a combination of two separate units with a connecting door inside. The rental is on the ground floor with no units above it, ensuring a quiet stay. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, so two couples can enjoy privacy.
The condo is right across from the community pool and a short stroll to the resort’s highly acclaimed spa and on-site restaurants.
INSIDE THE CONDO
The cozy living area has a comfy sofa, fireplace, 42in flat screen TV, and dining table for 4.
The recently remodeled kitchen boasts granite countertops, a full range of appliances, and plenty of cookware, dishware, and stemware.
The open patio off the living area is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a bottle of wine from a nearby vineyard.
The master bedroom is just off the living room. Sleep soundly on the California king bed, and research local wineries at the wood desk. Step onto the private patio off the bedroom to enjoy some fresh air. The en-suite bathroom offers a granite vanity and walk-in shower.
The second bedroom has a California king bed, 42in flat screen TV, and ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. You’ll also find a mini-fridge, coffee maker, and microwave, as well as a private separate entrance.

Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a shared pool, and unassigned parking for 2 vehicles.
Although this privately owned condominium is located within the Silverado Resort Condominium Community, it is managed by Property Manager and is not affiliated with the Silverado Resort and Spa. Therefore, guests will not be charged the $25/day resort fee that the Resort charges its guests.
While we highly recommend you explore the world-class restaurants, spas, and golf courses close by in Napa, you can also use some of the convenient Resort amenities. The Market and Bakery, Pro Shop, Spa Shop, The Grill Restaurant, Mansion Lounge, and the spa cafe are open to the public.
Property Manager guests will need to buy day passes to use spa services and the spa fitness center (minimum age to enter is 16). Tee times on the Silverado golf courses are only available to Resort guests, Troon members, or in some cases may be booked for guests by a local golf pro. There are many other great courses nearby, including Chardonnay and Eagle Vines.
Amenities not available to guests of this privately owned condominium include room service, bell service, property shuttle, Resort housekeeping, Resort engineering services, tennis lessons and camps, and the main Silverado Resort pool. (However, you may use the condo community pool located near your rental.) Please contact Property Manager if you have housekeeping needs or maintenance requests.
THE LOCATION
Located on the Silverado Trail, the Silverado Community is ideal for visiting the 400+ wineries and restaurants. Some of our favorites wineries include Darioush, Frog’s Leap Winery, and Duckhorn Vineyards.
No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
