Endless Summer
The perfect warm-weather vacation awaits at this canal-front, three-bedroom home, perfectly situated on a deep-water canal in Cape Coral! Cool tile floors throughout and calming blue and gray decor add to the spacious feeling of this one-level home. Begin your day with your beverage of choice on the covered lanai out by the pool.
A ceiling fan above keeps everything cool while you contemplate the day. Hop into your pool for a few laps before breakfast, and then head inside once you start getting hungry. The well-equipped, open kitchen features stainless steel appliances, plenty of counter space, including a large island, and all the gadgets you need make meal prep a breeze.
After breakfast, head out to explore Cape Coral, or hop back in that lovely pool. There’s also a pool table on hand if you’re more that kind of pool shark. This home also features a private dock on a deep-water canal with Gulf access, so you may prefer to explore by water. The dock can accommodate a boat up to 23 feet.
At the end of the day, get comfortable as a group in the living room in front of the large flatscreen TV or use the sound dock to listen to some tunes. Can’t agree on what to watch? No problem, two of the three bedrooms also have flatscreen TVs, and the main suite also features direct lanai access. The best way to end the day, though, might be back out on the lanai, gathered around your fire table with frosty beverages in hand. Keep it simple and cook something for dinner on the gas grill while you plan for another great vacation day tomorrow.

About the area
Basking in the glow of the Florida sun, Fort Myers is a haven for diverse experiences that cater to every traveler's taste. While it's often confused with its neighbor, Sanibel, known as the "City of Palms," Fort Myers has its own unique charm.
Beach enthusiasts will find their paradise not within the city limits but on the nearby islands of Sanibel and Captiva. These islands are famous for their stunning seashells and offer miles of pristine sandy beaches perfect for sunbathing, swimming, and shelling. They provide a serene escape from the mainland hustle.
History enthusiasts will be captivated by Fort Myers' rich past. The city was once the winter retreat for Thomas Edison and Henry Ford. Their estates have been transformed into intriguing museums where you can explore their homes, gardens, laboratories, and exhibits showcasing their inventions.
Nature lovers won't be disappointed either. The Six Mile Cypress Slough Preserve is a 3,500-acre wetland offering walking trails through lush vegetation teeming with wildlife. Manatee Park is another must-visit spot where you can see these gentle giants in their natural habitat during winter months.
Downtown Fort Myers offers cultural experiences with its vibrant arts scene. The River District comes alive during Art Walks as local artists display their work in galleries and along streets. The Florida Repertory Theatre stages top-notch performances ranging from dramas to musicals.
Food connoisseurs will relish Fort Myers' culinary scene featuring fresh seafood straight from the Gulf of Mexico along with other Floridian specialties. From upscale dining establishments to casual beachside eateries, there's something to suit every palate.
Sports fans may need to venture slightly outside Fort Myers city limits to catch Major League Baseball spring training games for teams like Boston Red Sox and Minnesota Twins at facilities located in nearby cities such as Cape Coral.
Fort Myers beautifully combines natural allure with cultural richness and historical significance despite minor geographical clarifications. Its intriguing museums, vibrant arts scene, and delectable cuisine make it a destination worth exploring, even if its beaches and baseball are just a short drive away.
