INSIDE THE CONDO
Enter the main building and take the elevator in the hallway up to your 2nd floor unit.
Gleaming white-tiled floors feature throughout the condo, and high ceilings lend a sense of spaciousness.
The primary bedroom features a queen bed, 32” TV, and access to a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The wicker headboard and side tables add a classic Gulf Shores vibe.
Kids will love clambering into the twin-over-twin hallway bunk alcove, surrounded by cute porthole artwork and shiplap-style walls.
This hallway sleeping area is directly opposite the bathroom and next to a stackable washer/dryer.
Fresh and contemporary, the open living space has a chill coastal vibe.
A full kitchen features granite countertops and new, all-white appliances that include an electric stove/oven, microwave, blender, and coffee maker -- everything necessary for whipping up food and drinks.
There’s seating for four at the breakfast bar, and a glass-top dining table also seats four.
In the sitting area, you can curl up on a queen-size sleeper sofa or armchair. Watch shows on the 42” TV, equipped with cable and a Blu-ray player.
Your Gulf-facing balcony overlooks the resort’s landscaped grounds with a golden ribbon of beach just beyond. Seating areas and one of numerous tennis courts and pools sprawl before you.
Enjoy meals at a four-seat patio table or soak up sunsets while perched at a small two-seat pub table.
LOCATION
A stay at the Gulf Shores Plantation community provides access to resort-style amenities, including several swimming pools—indoor and outdoor—a hot tub, a clubhouse with exercise facilities, and a sauna. You’re also just steps away from the beach when you’re ready to feel sand between your toes.
Golf lovers will appreciate the world-class Kiva Dunes course next door, and history buffs are only a 15-minute drive to Fort Morgan, an important Civil War site near the marina with boat launch. Even closer is the Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge with quiet coastal hikes.
In the mood to dine out? You’ll find several restaurants on the peninsula, or you can head into town for grouper tacos at the Beach House or alligator bites at Bahama Bob’s.

The parking fee for this vacation rental is $35. Instructions for purchasing the required parking pass will be included in your confirmation email.
If you do not have your registration forms to present at check in, you will need to contact the Gulf Shores Office to pick them up. The guard shack cannot provide them for you.
Only valid service animals will be allowed that are registered/checked-in with security at arrival, but if a service animal is causing an issue such as barking (other than a medical emergency), not on leash and properly controlled, seen as aggressive or approaching others, or defecating in any way in the common grounds areas, they will be evicted.
The Palms building hot tub opens September 16 - May 14 and will be closed May 15 - September 15.
