The main level has a full kitchen, half bath, dining and living area, while the upper level consists of two bedrooms and a full bath. The primary bedroom has a window AC unit that adequately cools the home down on warm summer days. A coin-operated laundry facility can be found in the condominium complex, and local laundromats are also available. Whatever time of year you decide to visit Vermont, you will enjoy Quechee’s spectacular views, convenience to recreational activities, and a comfortable feeling of luxury and seclusion. While offering the best of Vermont vacations, Quechee is convenient to Boston, New York, Albany, cultural and entertainment events, and nearby world-class health care (Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center). The Quechee Club boasts two championship golf courses (Highland and Lakeland) in the summer which, in the winter, provide groomed Nordic skiing trails. In addition, Quechee offers tennis, paddle tennis, skiing, and an array of options for swimmers, hikers, and fishermen. The Club House has multiple dining options as well as a state-of-the-art fitness facility with indoor and outdoor pools. These Quechee Club amenities require rental packages and are available upon request from the Quechee Club directly. Quechee is centrally located between Woodstock, Vermont, and Hanover, New Hampshire (home of Dartmouth College). Hanover and Woodstock combine the quaintness of beautiful New England villages with the cultural sophistication of a college town. Galleries, unique shops, museums, and a variety of excellent and unique dining experiences are available. Killington and Pico are approximately 30 minutes from Quechee and offer world-class skiing, mountain biking, golf, and other year-round activities. THINGS TO KNOW The fireplace in this home is not functional. These Quechee Club amenities require the purchase of a rental package available upon request, for a small fee, from the Quechee Club directly. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
