Sip your morning coffee on the patio while gazing out at the Payette River, or spend a relaxing evening in the hot tub or sauna. In the living room, a sectional and fireplace await for all your TV- watching and midday napping needs. The open floor plan and full kitchen lends itself well to big family dinners. The large dining table seats eight comfortably — ideal for great conversations around the table, a buffet spread, or game night headquarters. The main bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and private patio access is on the ground floor just through the kitchen. The other three bedrooms are located upstairs. The first upstairs bedroom has one bed and a view of the river. The second upstairs bedroom, just down the hall, includes one bed and one daybed. One bathroom sits between the three bedrooms. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. A keyboard is available for guest use. Propane bottles are included. This home offers room darkening shades for ample sleep. Please note that this home has three active exterior cameras facing away from home (one at front door, back door, and garage). No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
