While the main living area has an open floor plan, three bedrooms and three full adjoining baths ensure everyone has their own private space as well. The primary boasts a jetted tub for when you want a relaxing soak. There are two additional sofa beds in the living room for extra sleeping accommodations. Whip up a meal in the fully equipped kitchen. There’s plenty of seating available at the large dining room table plus four barstools where you can grab a quick snack at the sleek granite kitchen counter. Kids will have a blast in the bunk room equipped with a flatscreen TV and a Wii console with games. The beach is steps away where you can splash around in the Atlantic Ocean and catch some rays in the warm sun. The famous Ocean City Boardwalk, well known for its freshly made saltwater taffy, creamy fudge, buttery popcorn, French fries, pizza, and ice cream is on your doorstep. Take a cruise on the tram car, rent a surrey, or simply stroll the boards. Sample some local fare at any one of the eateries within walking distance. Things to Know There are six beach chairs, one boogie board, and one beach umbrella available There are children’s games, toys, dinnerware, pool floaties, a stroller, and a Pack N’ Play. High-speed internet and free WiFi, perfect for working from home, distance learning, and streaming. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
