The Home

Beautifully upgraded pool home perfect for 2-3 families. This five bedrooms 3 1/2, baths home has three cal-king master bedrooms, two of which have ensuites. The remaining master shares a hallway bathroom with two children’s rooms with Full over Full Bunk beds. The children’s rooms both have a futon sofa bed. All bedrooms have a 43’ plasma TV with basic cable.

The home has tile and hardwood floors, except two master bedrooms with upgraded carpet. The family room, located right off the entryway, has a sizeable Sectional Sofa and den with a Queen pull-out Sleeper Sofa and 43’ TV. Off of the family room is a spacious open-concept kitchen with a dining room overlooking the pool. The dining room seats ten, with additional seating at the kitchen bar. A glass slider off the kitchen and dining room takes you to the rear yard with a beautiful pool, outdoor natural gas BBQ grill, patio set, and additional chairs.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
  • Guests who book a home or villa that is located in the state of California may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 24-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 3 days before arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
