Welcome to 4-star Villa Mavis with Heated pool near Trogir town in Central Dalmatia!
The estate spreads on 1000 m2 and the villa itself has 360 m2. The lovely mansion has 2 kitchens and 2 living rooms, one on each floor. There are 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 1 toilet and can accommodate up to 9 persons.
Two kitchens and two living rooms on the ground floor and the first floor are interconnected. Kitchens are fully equipped and the sitting areas are comfortable and a great oasis after a whole day at the beach or at the pool.
Bedrooms have king-size and double beds, a flat TV screen, air-conditioning. King-size beds cannot be converted into twin beds. 2 bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
