Enjoy staying in a stylish, spacious home with comfortable interiors and plenty of room to relax outdoors! Large families and groups needn’t fear - there’s plenty of dining space, a generous living room, an upstairs game room and lounge, and a garage game room everyone can spread out and enjoy. Central air conditioning means the desert heat won’t follow you inside. Guests can head out to enjoy the shared neighborhood pools whenever the mood strikes. When you come back for the day, the full kitchen (complete with a double oven and a prep table that doubles as a breakfast bar for four guests) has the equipment you need to cool up delicious meals for everyone. You can also take meals out to the private gas grill! Though you might want to wait until after dinner to head outside, so you can take in the view of the mountains from the home’s private hot tub or around the firepit.
The main bedroom of this home is actually the first one guests will find when they come through the front door - it’s just to the left, across from a half bathroom. This first room of the house features a desk workspace and a lovely en suite bathroom with double sinks, a standalone shower, and a soaking tub. This is the only bedroom set downstairs, allowing for extra privacy. Up the stairs, the first bunk room of the home (and second bedroom overall) is straight ahead from the top of the stairs. This fun room with a tropical theme features an en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination. Turn left out of this room and head down to the hall’s far corner to find two bedrooms tucked away. On the left, the third bedroom features a neighborhood view and an en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination. If guests choose the room on the right, they’ll find the second bunk room (the fourth bedroom overall). This fun room with a beachy theme features an en suite bathroom with a standalone shower. If guests choose to turn left at the top of the stairs instead, they’ll find the fifth bedroom just to the left of the common area’s pool table. This room is lovingly designed with a view of the shared balcony, a ceiling fan, and an en suite bathroom with a spacious countertop and a standalone shower. Across the common area, the sixth and final bedroom features a ceiling fan and an en suite bathroom with a wide countertop and a standalone shower. Each bedroom in this home features a flatscreen TV for guest use.
