The Home
Villa Serro is a very beautiful and luxuriously furnished villa, consisting of 2 separate units, each with its own entrance. The newly built, more modern part consists of a kitchen, a very bright living room and a lounge on the ground floor. On the first floor you will find two bedrooms (both with air conditioning) and a bathroom.
The original and somewhat smaller building has been modernly restored. It has two bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom and a living room. The bedrooms have a ceiling fan.
Outside you will find a very nice garden with a fenced private pool. Great piece of mind for families with younger children. The centre of Carvoeiro is just a 10-minute walk away.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
