This is a gorgeous and contemporary 2 bedroom apartment is in a terrific location, just a few meters away from the famed Fig Tree Bay Beach and all amenities.
As you enter the apartment, you will find a large open plan living room, kitchen and dining area. The living room has a widescreen TV with satellite, DVD player and comfortable sofas overlooking the stunning sea views.
There is a balcony with seating area leading off from the living room. The dining area has seating for four people and the kitchen is equipped with all appliances, utensils and cutlery that you will need during your stay.
You will find two bedrooms, one with a double bed and other with two single beds. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets and offer beautiful sea views. The main bathroom has a bath, overhead shower and WC.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
