Bahamas Beach Cottages is a community of 74 single-family Key West-style homes located approximately one mile from the ocean and town of Bethany Beach. Guests have easy access to grocery stores, golf courses, state parks, and other area attractions that make this community a nice vacation destination. This multi-level vacation cottage has been newly remodeled and offers a primary suite on the main level that is offset from the living, dining, and kitchen areas. The second floor offers two spacious bedrooms with walk-in closets, a full bathroom, and a laundry room. The exterior has two decks, an outside shower, a gas grill, and carport parking. A new HVAC system was installed in fall of 2022 to ensure guests are comfortable during their stay. 5G tower availability is also an added convenience. Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
