The second floor offers two spacious bedrooms with walk-in closets, a full bathroom, and a laundry room. The exterior has two decks, an outside shower, a gas grill, and carport parking. A new HVAC system was installed in fall of 2022 to ensure guests are comfortable during their stay. 5G tower availability is also an added convenience.
