The neighborhood and surrounding areas are perfect for walking and bike riding. Grocery stores, restaurants and pharmacy are all within a few minutes drive. Cheerfully and thoughtfully furnished, the home has an open floor plan with large kitchen, two bedrooms one outfitted with queen sized bed and the other with a full sized bed, and two bathrooms. The Master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with luxury walk-in shower, while the hall bathroom is equipped with a tub/shower combo. Step out from the light and bright kitchen onto the oversized back patio to cookout, or sit with a cup of coffee and enjoy the peaceful lake with fountain. Cool breezes and sunsets here are fantastic! Whether you plan to stay a few days or a few months, the home comes with plenty of supplies for cooking and dining, and is outfitted with crisp linens and soft luxury towels, as well as start-up bath and laundry amenities. **PET POLICY: Only dogs are permitted, and must be approved by management PRIOR to booking.
