Nestled right on the banks of the river, this one-bedroom home is waiting to provide your next vacation with lots of happy memories! Inside, you’ll find an expansive living space filled with lots of comfortable furniture, an all-wood interior, vaulted ceilings, and a wood-burning fireplace. You’ll have two TVs to stream your favorite movies and shows on, so be sure to use the microwave to pop plenty of popcorn for the gang before snuggling up on the living room sofa for a night of entertainment. The full kitchen features all the small and major appliances the family chef will need and there’s lots of counter space to work on when preparing delicious meals. Serve up to eight guests at the handsome wood dining table or take your plates out to the spacious deck to enjoy an al-fresco meal at the table/chair set or from the comfort of a good rocking chair. After dinner, let the dishwasher knock out all the cleanup while you head down to the firepit for an evening of toasted ’Smores and some terrific stargazing. The free WiFi will make it easy to research a fun outdoor adventure while the central AC and ceiling fans keep the home nice and cool.
The resort has updated how guests gain access to the amenities on site. The guest will be responsible for purchasing amenity passes at the POA office. Monday-Saturday 9 am- 5 pm. Amenity passes are $59 per card. Each card allows 4 guests to use the amenities during the reservation dates. The POA only takes checks or money orders for payments.
The outdoor pools are open from Memorial Day to Labor Day only.
Fireplaces are operable from October 1st – April 15th only.

* Guests will be issued passes to Coosawattee River Resort with a Rec Center that includes an indoor pool (heated in winter), a basketball court, a tennis court, an 18-hole mini-golf course, a video arcade center, and a fitness center. Each punch is good for up to four people per day and the resort will only allow two punches per day, which means a maximum of eight guests will be able to access the Resort amenities on any given day. Guests will need to display their guest passes to access amenities.
