Magnificent renovated farmhouse !
La ferme de Pascal is located in the Mont d’Arbois, in the
hamlet called Le Maz, near the small ski slope which joins the
center of the village at the Chamois ski lifts. It has a magnificent
view of the Mont d’Arbois and Rochebrune. Children have the
opportunity to go sledding in the park down against the cottage.
La Ferme de Pascal is a new project that was completed in
summer 2012,in a traditional old wood fashion respecting the
typical architecture of the farms in the region. Its design
combines a soft blend of antique furniture with a contemporary
twist. This Chalet also has an indoor jacuzzi and steam room. It
is perfect for a family or group of friends wishing to stay in a
typical farm with beautiful volumes with all the current
technology

Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
