The Home
Lovely Pool Home perfect for two families. Two master suites, one with Cal King Bed and private bath, one with a Queen bed and private bath. Two children’s bedrooms with Full over Full Bunk beds share a bathroom in the hall. All bedrooms have 43’ plasmas TV with basic cable.
All bedrooms have upgraded carpets. Laminate wood and tile floors throughout the rest of the home. Open concept kitchen with custom cherry wood paneled cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops. Breakfast nook at the granite bar countertop seats four. The dining room seats eight comfortably. Main Living Room cable TV and blue-ray/DVD player. The home has wireless high-speed internet. The house has central heating and air conditioning.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
- Guests who book a home or villa that is located in the state of California may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 24-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 3 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- No Smoking Quiet Time Hours: 10 pm - 9 am
- No going over the Max Occupancy at anytime
- No outside music, screaming, or yelling
- No street parking - Parking is only permitted in our driveway or approved space
- No Pets
