From the rear of the villa the main entrance is at ground level but from the front it is on the second floor. When entering the villa, you enter the main living area which has a stunning view over the glittering bay. There you will find yourself inside a spacious area divided in several parts; fully equipped kitchen, dining and living room with cozy and comfortable modern sofas, stylish artwork and satellite TV and DVD, while large glass sliding doors connect it to the outdoor, heated swimming pool with several sun loungers, which maximizes the enjoyment of the stunning view of the entire bay and the fishing village. The bedrooms are situated on the first and ground floors. The internal staircase leads down to the first floor where are two comfortable double bedrooms with bathrooms and sea view. There is also a separate TV/Cinema room, completely soundproofed and ideal for leisure. Another double bedroom with private shower room and balcony with sea view, additionally enriched with wooden sitting furniture, is on the lower level. The ground floor comprises two double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, each opening out onto the villa’s courtyard. Nearby is a summer kitchen, ideal for al fresco dining. The villa has a terraced garden, which is partly paved with white local stone, and the bottom of the garden is covered in lawn with a gate that opens out directly onto a private flat rock beach.
