The artistically decorated holiday house with pool and sauna is located in a lovely village Babiči near Koper.
The house consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a comfortable living room, a kitchen and a large common area with sauna. Surrounded by olive groves and vineyards, it offers privacy and relaxation to maximum of 8 guests.
The fenced garden offers a covered barbecue and outdoor dining area, a lovely pool and a smaller playground for kids. The surroundings are quiet, private and abundant with hiking and biking trails.
Make sure to visit the nearby coastal cities: Koper, Izola, Portorož and Piran. The house is located at a great starting point for many daily trips: explore the Postojna Cave, Lipica Stud farm or drive to the fairy tale lake Bled.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
