White Pearl Beautifully situated at the edge of the woods just outside downtown Oak Bluffs, this Martha’s Vineyard retreat offers a serene setting with easy access to the island’s charming villages, beaches, golf courses, and nature preserves. You will find this three-level home on a quiet cul-de-sac, on a tree-lined piece of property where you can savor your coffee in the mornings and tell stories around the firepit at night. Inside, the main floor is sunny and comfortable, with an inviting kitchen and dining area to the right as you walk in. To the left is a living room with a plush sectional sofa, a smart cable TV, and a desk where you can log onto the high-speed WiFi and work easily from home. In the evenings, you can barbecue on the gas grill, dine outside on the furnished deck, and play board games and cards as your swimsuits spin in the washer/dryer. Of the three bedrooms, one is a newly renovated primary suite in the basement; the other two bedrooms are on the second floor. THINGS TO KNOW Beach chairs are provided. NO parties or gatherings that exceed 8 people in this home No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles. Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
