As you enter this easy, garden-level space, you’ll be greeted by central air conditioning and a cozy living area that connects to a the patio through sliding glass doors. This is where you’ll begin and end each day, sipping your coffee outside on the patio, preparing breakfast and beach snacks in the well-equipped kitchen (with stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher), and watching movies on the flatscreen cable TV. After a day spent on the beach, you’ll have a washer/dryer to refresh your swimsuits, WiFi to help you share photos with loved ones, and an on-site pool and sundeck if you’re not ready to come indoors just yet. Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
