Coastal View II Coastal View II is a three-story, designer-detailed property with all sorts of at-home entertainment - a private, in-ground swimming pool, fantastic deck and patio space, and a pool table for your nightly family tournaments. Step inside to find hardwood floors, granite countertops, Monroe kitchen appliances, recessed lighting, and a dining table that’s large enough for everyone to share meals together. There are two family rooms for your enjoyment - one geared towards the kids with a wraparound sofa and an assortment of games, and another for the adults located located right off the kitchen on the third floor. On the ground floor, you’ll find a pool table and a tropical indoor bar with a refrigerator and a microwave. Upstairs, large decks extend from both the second and third floors. Additional amenities include peek-a-boo views of the ocean, a large patio around the pool for shade and relaxation, 14 smart TVs, free WiFi, a home elevator, and a gas grill. THINGS TO KNOW The pool will be open from late April through early/mid-October. Fireplace not for guest use. This property is managed by Property Manager Virginia LLC. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 8 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
