Coastal View II is a three-story, designer-detailed property with all sorts of at-home entertainment - a private, in-ground swimming pool, fantastic deck and patio space, and a pool table for your nightly family tournaments. Step inside to find hardwood floors, granite countertops, Monroe kitchen appliances, recessed lighting, and a dining table that’s large enough for everyone to share meals together. There are two family rooms for your enjoyment - one geared towards the kids with a wraparound sofa and an assortment of games, and another for the adults located located right off the kitchen on the third floor. On the ground floor, you’ll find a pool table and a tropical indoor bar with a refrigerator and a microwave. Upstairs, large decks extend from both the second and third floors. Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
