Upon returning from a day of fishing, swimming, or simply soaking up the sunshine, you’ll be able to head inside to relax in the home’s central air conditioning. Prepare your fresh catch in the full kitchen then serve your dinner guests at the dining table with seating for eight. In addition to everything that’s available at this home, you can also enjoy access to a shared swimming pool during your stay. THINGS TO KNOW This rental is only for the first level of a duplex. The upper level is not available to guests. The pool, dock, and exterior areas are considered shared spaces. Please check for dock availability. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. 2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 60 per day must be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact Property Manager after booking to purchase pool heat for your stay. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
