The ground floor is home to a spacious great room/game room with a gas fireplace and a wet bar. The great room opens to a wrap-around deck and the best view of the bay. There are five bedrooms on this floor as well, including one primary suite. Upstairs on the second floor, you’ll find a second great room with a gas fireplace and a large dining area to seat everyone together. The kitchen opens to the dining room and includes a breakfast nook. There are three bedrooms on this level, including another primary suite. The third floor features a fantastic theater room with movie-style seating and a large TV. The two bedrooms on this level are both expansive primary suites. Additional Amenities TVs with cable are available in the shared living spaces and four bedrooms. The remaining six bedrooms feature Smart TVs with streaming apps for your convenience (guests must use their own accounts). Free WiFi is available throughout the house, along with a gas grill. Things to Know The fireplaces are for use between October and May only The pool will be open from late April through early/mid-October. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 10 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
