Gorgeously situated on a large corner lot with an in-ground pool, a private dock, and spectacular views of Back Bay, this waterfront home provides three levels of living space with multiple decks to help you admire the magnificent scenery. Beach access is also easy here - you’ll be a few minutes’ walk from the ocean.
This waterfront home features designer decor throughout, two gas fireplaces to enjoy in the off-season, and a newly renovated (2024), upscale kitchen with brand-new appliances and an induction stove.
The ground floor is home to a spacious great room/game room with a gas fireplace and a wet bar. The great room opens to a wrap-around deck and the best view of the bay. There are five bedrooms on this floor as well, including one primary suite.
Upstairs on the second floor, you’ll find a second great room with a gas fireplace and a large dining area to seat everyone together. The kitchen opens to the dining room and includes a breakfast nook. There are three bedrooms on this level, including another primary suite.
The third floor features a fantastic theater room with movie-style seating and a large TV. The two bedrooms on this level are both expansive primary suites.
Additional Amenities
TVs with cable are available in the shared living spaces and four bedrooms.
The remaining six bedrooms feature Smart TVs with streaming apps for your convenience (guests must use their own accounts).
Free WiFi is available throughout the house, along with a gas grill.
