Lazy Day-Z
This entire beach house has been renovated and Lazy Day-Z is all-new from top to bottom, inside and out! There are six bedrooms with four-and-a-half baths that include two downstairs king suites with baths in a 1,000-square-foot addition and a large game room. You’ll also find a half bath leading out to a brand new single-depth pool, an outdoor shower, and a six-car driveway. There is an under-deck bar with party lights complete with a sink, a refrigerator, and a TV sheltered from the rain. The second floor includes four bedrooms with two full baths.
There is a great layout with an open concept and a new well-equipped kitchen with quartz countertops and a double convection oven. There is a large second-floor party lightened wrap-around deck that includes two dining tables and chairs, a screen room containing another dining room table and chairs, lounge chairs, and a grill. Under the deck and around the pool are multiple seating areas containing lounge chairs, cushioned furniture, and another table and chairs by the pool. New exterior front porch entryway and property landscaping. There is a game room with a foosball table and an air hockey table with an outside Ping-Pong table under the deck. Basketball hoop in the driveway.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval.
