Equipped with a private hot tub, two decks, one patio, generous dining space, and all the conveniences of being within walking distance to downtown restaurants, shops, and festivals, you won’t find anything like this spacious mountain abode. Make yourself at home in one of the most inviting and comfortable places of this home: the living room. It’s a sunny and bright area with large windows, an oversize sofa accompanied by lounge chairs, and a flickering gas fireplace that will keep you all warm during your stay, especially in the winter. The kitchen will be a delight when it’s time for dinner–it comes equipped with stainless steel appliances and all the utensils needed to prepare everything from a quick snack on the go to the most complex full-course meal. The convenience of having your very own washer/dryer combo on site is unbeatable, especially if you’re not really looking forward to exploring downtown to find a laundromat. Come back home from a relaxing stroll in the heart of the town or an exciting time in the slopes to relax in the private hot tub, located on the patio outside, which seats six comfortably.

Red Quill Village is located in the heart of downtown Winter Park near bars, restaurants, and shopping. The free wintertime ski resort shuttle stop is just down the street. The old Idlewild ski area with great hiking trails is just one and a half miles from the front door. This condo is the perfect location for summer and winter visitors–come warmer months, you’ll be within walking distance to all the Winter Park music festivals. The free shuttle can get you to both of the grocery stores in case you need to stock up on delicious groceries and treats: Safeway in Fraser is two and a half miles away and Fireside Market is perhaps .2 of a mile away. Both are on the shuttle route.
