Centerville Retreat Welcome to your relaxing retreat on Cape Cod. This air-conditioned spacious, five-bedroom home is tucked into a quiet neighborhood, just a little over a mile from the beach. The home is near shopping, ponds, and mini golf. And best of all, it’s less than a mile down Main St. to Four Seas Ice Cream, so the kids will be sold. Inside, you’ll find gleaming hardwood floors, two cozy living spaces, and thoughtful, homey decor throughout. Start the day on the lovely brick patio with a cup of coffee and a book. When hunger strikes, head inside to the spacious kitchen for breakfast prep. Tons of counter space, including a standalone island, and a full suite of appliances make cooking meals a breeze. Dine together in the breakfast nook, or feed the whole group at the dining table for ten. The home also has a very large yard, swings, and quiet streets for strollers or kids’ bikes. When it’s time to explore, grab the available beach chairs and hit the beach just to your south. Or, head into Hyannis, around three miles away, to poke around. You’ve also got access to Long Pond for more fun. Snuggle up in one of two living rooms in the evening – better call dibs early on the swinging papasan chair -– and grab one of the many board games on hand for more together time. Five comfortable bedrooms – three on the main floor and two upstairs – await when you get sleepy. Check your email with the high-speed WiFi or stream a favorite family movie before bed, but don’t stay up too late – you’ll want to be first in line for ice cream in the morning.
