This spacious home - approximately 2,350 square feet - is a great spot for your next golf vacation or family getaway to Central Oregon. Step inside to find a beautifully furnished and appointed space. The great room has plenty of seating, a fireplace, an HDTV, a DVD player, a sound bar, and a cable package with music channels. The well-equipped kitchen was recently renovated and opens to the great room and the formal dining area, offering plentiful counter space and stainless steel appliances. The large primary bedroom on the main floor features a walk-in shower and closet, its own TV, and a private door to the deck and hot tub. Your reservation includes access to all of the amenities of Eagle Crest Resort: three golf courses, tennis courts, three pools (including an indoor pool), an exercise room, indoor and outdoor pickleball courts, equestrian facilities, and biking and hiking trails just outside your door. Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
