<p>In a fantastic location close to the centre of Cala en Forcat Villa Raquel Blanes is a great choice for your summer holiday. Numerous restaurants and bars, shops, play centres, an aqua park and sandy cove are all within easy reach of the villa, meaning car hire is not necessary for those wanting to forget the stress of everyday life. In the villa you will find four bedrooms, two of which have ensuite facilities and a separate family bathroom for the others to share. Please note the first-floor bedroom AC unit is located on the landing facing the bedroom doorway. A modern, open plan living room/kitchen/diner with thoroughly stylish décor leads onto a covered terrace ideal for al fresco dining. The beautiful private swimming pool is fringed with ample loungers ready to sit back, relax and soak up the hot Mediterranean sun. The nearby old capital, Ciutadella is a short bus ride away and a must see for everyone. Narrow cobbled streets are littered with boutique shops and a vast array of restaurants and bars can be found both in the town and along the beautiful port side, not to mention hand crafted night markets to wander round in high season to search for a special holiday souvenir. For groups travelling together, Villas Ingrid, Karoline and Sofia and Elizabet are conveniently located on the same street, ideal for the big family holiday reunion, yet with a certain degree of privacy in your own individual villas. </p> <p>Due to the San Joan Festival, all bookings which include 22nd – 24th June, we shall only accept Family bookings. </p> <p>Please note the first-floor bedroom AC unit is located on the landing facing the bedroom doorway.</p> <p>The villa is located in a developing area, and there is a plot nearby that has begun construction in November 2025 and will continue during the winter months.
