<p>It’s all about location at Villa Llenaire, being just a short stroll and a few hundred metres from the beautiful sandy beach at Roca de Llenaire. From here you can take a steady walk along the beach to the centre of Port de Pollensa with its huge selection of restaurants, cafes and bars whilst taking in the wonderful sea views. An ideal base for exploring the area, the villa has four spacious air conditioned bedrooms and two bathrooms located all on the ground floor level. This traditionally furnished villa also benefits from a large comfortable lounge complete with open plan dining area. Externally the modern pool and terrace area offers ample shade should you wish to escape the midday sun, or just spend an evening relaxing by the pool.</p>

Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
