Situated in the Capistrano Playa area of Nerja, above the famous Burriana Beach, this beautiful property commands the same spectacular sea views as its sister houses, Dos Ardillas, Azalea and El Para�so.<br /> <br /> Access to Burriana beach with it array of bars and restaurants is only a 9-minute walk away, a great way to spend your day by the sea.  Nerja town centre approximately 30 mins walk, 5 minutes by car. There is a local bus that runs from close by into Nerja centre should you not have a car.<br /> <br /> The property is accessed via the entrance hall. From here a short flight of stairs leads up to the top floor where there is a cloakroom/toilet, lounge/diner and fully fitted kitchen. From the lounge area patio doors lead on to a terrace with wonderful sea and coastline views. The kitchen is fully fitted with oven, hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. Furnishings throughout are of a very good standard in a contemporary style. From the lounge/dining area a staircase leads up to a roof terrace from which there are stunning panoramic views. Downstairs from the entrance hall there are 3 bedrooms, 2 twins which share a full bathroom and a double bedroom with en-suite facilities.
