The private washer/dryer set will ensure that your bathing suit is ready when you are. Each bedroom features a ceiling fan for guest comfort, and room-darkening shades provide a peaceful sleep. Guests can enjoy access to a shared pool and outdoor shower during their stay. THINGS TO KNOW There is ongoing construction occurring on the ground floor. No amenities are affected, but noise such as hammering may be audible. The work typically occurs Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. The construction is almost finished, but there isn’t an exact end date. A surfboard and boogie board are available for guest use. No golf carts, trailers, jet skis, or boats allowed. The living room sofabed provides an extra sleeping space. Snowbird-friendly. Contact Property Manager for details. Beach service is not included. Beach chairs are available to rent with the vendor on the beach. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. This rental is located on floor 2. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
