At Bocilla Breeze, you’ll be just steps away from one of two shared pools, and the dock is only 35 feet from the house. When it’s time to wrap up an evening, find two well-furnished bedrooms, adult-grade bunk beds, and a queen trundle bed in the loft. A side balcony faces the marina and is accessible from each bedroom. When it’s time to head to the water, you’ll have beach chairs and towels to bring along, and there are complimentary bikes and kayaks to use as well. Added amenities include a desk, free WiFi, a private washer/dryer, and access to shared tennis courts. Boca Grande Pass is just a short boat ride away. THINGS TO KNOW No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
