We are in the process of obtaining permits from the City for a remodel. We are excited about our upcoming improvements and look forward to seeing you back in the future. The jets in the tub do not work, and you may experience issues when trying to heat up the tub. It is expected to be replaced later this year. The couch has a few minor tears. No smoking is allowed on the premises (this includes patios, balconies, and common areas). This home is located in a high-density neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. There is a no tolerance policy for excessive noise, occupancy, parties, pets, or smoking. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting this home. This property is managed by Property Manager Seasonal, Inc. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
