The sun-lit kitchen includes every essential appliance (including a cooktop on the peninsula countertop) and an adjacent dining table, while the multi-level deck offers a gas grill, furniture for both dining and lounging, and views of the neighboring fairway and green. After a day spent enjoying the resort’s swimming pool, hot tub, and tennis courts, you can come home to toss your swimsuits in the private washer/dryer, curl up by one of the two smart TVs, and choose a favorite DVD or Netflix movie to watch. What’s nearby: This home sits directly alongside the Three Nines Golf Course (made up of the Foxglove, Pinecone, and Thistle Courses) at Mt. Hood Oregon Resort in Welches, where you’ll also enjoy access to the pool, hot tub, and tennis courts. Mt. Hood Highway is less than a mile north, home to an assortment of local favorite eateries and conveniences. Come wintertime, Mt. Hood Skibowl is only 12 miles east, Timberline Lodge is 20 miles east, and Mt. Hood Meadows is 24 miles east. Things to know: No cable service, but the smart TVs in the living room and main bedroom have Netflix; there’s also a DVD player and assorted DVDs.
