This ski chalet-inspired vacation rental includes a well-equipped, full kitchen, a dining table, a new A/C split system to keep the entire home cool, and a living area with a warming gas fireplace, plenty of cozy seating options, a cable TV, and sliding door access out to the furnished balcony. Outside, fire up the gas grill for warm-weather barbecues, or relax and take in the vista. You will also enjoy access to the community clubhouse and other on-site amenities, including two shared pools (one of which is heated), a kiddie pool, two hot tubs, and various sports courts, including tennis, volleyball, and horseshoes.
This condo is within walking distance of the Canyons/Park City Ski Resort, Utah’s largest ski resort! Hop aboard the free city-wide bus to quickly get around the area, while the Cabriolet lift is also nearby to take you up the hill to the Canyons base area to spend long days in fresh powder. Don’t forget to take photos on the way up the Cabriolet to capture the spectacular views. Summertime activities include hiking, mountain biking, fishing, boating, horseback riding, golfing, disc golf, and more. For shopping options, head into downtown Park City, just three miles away, or visit the Redstone Shopping Center, only two miles away.

The shared hot tubs are not guaranteed during the summer.
The clubhouse, pools, hot tub, and sauna are closed annually between Labor Day and Thanksgiving.
Tennis and volleyball courts are only available during the summer.
No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval.
