Find beautiful Cape Cod beaches in every direction when you escape to this bright, clean, and comfortable home in Eastham, where you’ll spend your vacation swimming in the bay and ocean, playing games in the spacious yard, and riding your bikes around the gorgeous Outer Cape.
As you walk home from Kingsbury Beach on Cape Cod Bay, you’ll be greeted by an outdoor shower to rinse off any lingering sand and a flat, spacious, tree-lined yard where you can spend summer afternoons grilling, dining al fresco, and playing your favorite lawn games. Step inside the house to find an inviting living room with lofty ceilings and comfortable seating, as well as high-speed internet and cable service throughout the home to ensure you stay connected and entertained. The kitchen is well-appointed with natural wood cabinetry and appliances that include a gas stove. The adjoining dining room is awash with sunlight, easily accommodating the whole group with seating and a built-in bench. At night, take your pick of three sunny bedrooms. A bedroom with two twin beds is off the living room, and a door from the twin bedroom leads to the master king bedroom suite with its own private bathroom. The third bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and is located at the end of the back hall.
This home is located just one mile west of Route 6 in Eastham, with a number of gorgeous beaches within walking or bike-riding distance. Kingsbury Beach on Cape Cod Bay is less than half a mile (an eight-minute walk) west, Wiley Park Beach on Great Pond is half a mile south (where you’ll also find a network of trails and a playground), and Eastham’s famous Coast Guard Beach on the Atlantic Ocean is three miles east. It’s the perfect spot for getting around by bike and exploring the countless wonders of Cape Cod National Seashore.

The washer/dryer is located in the basement. Access this by going outside through the bulkhead. The key is located in the kitchen.
