From the history of the Durango Silverton Train Museum to the wide selection of shops and restaurants, there’s more than enough in the town to keep you entertained. If you’re looking for natural beauty, you’ll be sure to find it regardless of the time of year. Lake Chapman is a quick drive to the west, while the hiking of the Colorado Trail Trailhead is only a mile and a half away. Too cold for a nature walk?
